Al-Hilal, Al-Nasr, Al-Ittihad earn Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup semi final spots

The matches of the quarter final of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup were kicked off on Monday with three games.

Al-Hilal turned the game around Al-Ittifaq to get a 3-2 victory, at Prince Mohamed Bin Fahd Stadium, in Dammam, in the opening game of the round.

Al-Ittifaq took the lead through Mohamed Al-Kwaikabi in the 28th minute from a penalty kick before Mohamed Al-Shalhob netted Al-Hilal equalizer in the 65th minute.

In the 87th minute Chrisian Gunaca gave Al-Ittifaq a late lead, but Mohamed Gahfali made it 2-2 in the 95th minute, then Andre Carlio netted the winning goal in the last minute of the first half of extra time.

Al-Hilal will face the winner of Al-Taween game with Al-Wahda in semi final.

At King Abdalla Stadium in Jeddah, Al-Ittihad clinched a hard-fought 4-3 win over Al-Batin.

Alexander Priovic scored a brace for Al-Ittihad in the 44th and 58th minutes, before Mansour Al-Harbu and Romario Da Silva added another two goals in the 69th and 72nd minutes, while Yossif Al-Shamri, Chrisan Da Cruz and Jonthan Benties netted Al-Batin goals in the 11th, 38th and 75th minutes.

Al-Nasr overcame Al-Jeel 4-0 at King Fahd International Stadium.

Al-Nasr goals were scored by Fahd Al-Gemiaa, Petros Masios who netted a brace and Abdel Razik Hamdalla from a penalty kick in the 10th, 73rd, 86th and 90th minutes.

Al-Nasr will face Al-Ittihad in semi final.

On Tuesday Al-Taween will face Al-Wahda at King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in Buraidah in the concluding game of the round,

It must be noted that the semi-final games will be played on April 27th 2019.
