Damk's win puts pressure on leaders Abha in MBS division one league

The matches of the 27th round of Prince Mohamed bin Salman division one league were concluded on Wednesday with 5 matches.

Abha retained the lead of the league with 49 points in spite of their 1-0 loss to Al-Jeel.

Damk made an astonishing comeback against Jeddah to earn a 2-1 victory to maintain the pressure on Abha.

Ten games were played over the past three days saw 7 wins and three ties.

Al-Khaleej scored the biggest win in the matchday with a 4-1 victory over their hosts Al-Nahda followed by Najran's 3-1 win over Al-Ansar.

Abha have the most wins with 14 games followed by Al-Adala with 13 victories while Damk come third in the list of the most winning teams with 12 wins.

Jeddah is the most drawn team with 15 draws three games ahead of Damk.

Al-Shouala hold the record for the most losses with 14 games, followed by Al-Washm and Al-Orouba (13 games).

Damk have the best attack with 39 goals followed by Al-Magzal, Al-Khaleej and Al-Nojoom with 33 goals.

Al-Kawkab have the worst defense with conceding 39 goals followed by Al-Qaisoma (36 goals) and then Al-Jeel, Al-Shoula and Al-Orouba with receiving 35 goals.
