Referees Committee meets Néstor Pitana

Referees Committee of Saudi Arabian Football Federation, SAFF, chaired by former international referee Khalel Galal, met the Argentinean referees who took charge of the final of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, led by Néstor Pitana, who took charge of FIFA 2018 World Cup Final, in the presence of the Saudi referees, to share their experience with the Saudi referees.

Pitana started the meeting with a statement about the most important stages in his career as a referee.

Pitana talked about his journey until taking part in World Cup, then leading the final of the tournament.

The Argentinian referee answered multiple questions of the Saudi referees on his way of preparing for matches and world cup.

At the closure of the meeting, Referees Committee's chairman Khalel Galal presented, at SAFF's behalf and that of all Saudi referees, thanks to the Argentinean referee for accepting the invitation and for his patience during answering the questions, before concluding the meeting with honoring the referee by handing him the SAFF's shield and taking a group photo with him.
