Discipline and Ethics Committee Resolution on Al-Nasr Objection

Al-Nasr Club filed an objection form following the match that was held between Al-Nasr and Al-Wehda Sunday, 2 December 2018, as part of Prince Mohammed bin Salman League for Professionals, which ended at 7:36 pm. It submitted its objection to the Match Commissioner, at 9:20 pm (twenty past nine pm). The Club subsequently submitted grounds for its objection to the Committee challenging the legality of participation by Al-Wehda player, Ali Al-Nimr, in this match, at 9:13 pm (thirteen past nine in the evening) on Tuesday, 4 December 2018, i.e. after the lapse of deadline for submitting grounds for the objection (i.e. 48 hours from the end of the said match).



First: The objection submitted by Al-Nasr Club in formally dismissed, pursuant to Articles (132-2-2) and (132-3) of the Discipline and Ethics Regulations of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation;

Second: The objection fees paid to the Saudi Arabian Football Federation are to be seized, pursuant to Article (132-6) of the Regulations; and

Third: The resolution is subject to appeal before the Appeal Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, pursuant to Article (139) of the Regulations.
