SAFF Chairman Qusay Al-Fawaz resigns

Saudi Arabian Football Federation Chairman, Qusay Al-Fawaz, resigned for special circumstances at the board meeting held on Monday.

In the same context, board members Turki Al-Hakeel and Yezed Al-Twgeri resigned owing to other commitments.

SAFF vice president Louay Al-Sebie will hold office until the next general assembly meeting in accordance with the provisions of article 33 of the statute of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, SAFF.

For his part, Al-Fawaz expressed his thanks to Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee president, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for his confidence and support hailing the cooperation of his colleagues in the Saudi Arabian Football Federation over the past period.

Al-Fawaz wishes success for SAFF confirming that Saudi Sport has successful management competencies capable of completing the way to achieve the aspirations of Saudi football lovers.
