Under 21 National Team Begins Camp in Riyadh Monday

The under 21 National Team will start tomorrow, Monday, its training in its preparatory camp in Riyadh, which will continue until Monday, January 28, as part of the preparatory program for the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers.

The National Team' Technical Manager, Saad Al-Shihri, called 23 players, whose names are as follows: Amin Boukhari, Hussein Al-Nakhli, Aoun Al-Salouli (from Al-Ittihad), Abdulla Hassoun, Abdullah Majrashi, Faisal Darcy (from Al-Ahli), Zaid Al-Bawardi, Sami Al-Naji, Saleh Al-Wahaimed (from Al-Nasr), Hussein Salem, Saad Al-Salouli (from Al-Ettifaq), Ayman Al-Hajili, Abdullah Al-Shanqiti (from Al-Ansar), Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Nasser Al-Omran (from Al-Shabab), Ramzi Sulan, Abdul Rahman Al-Dhafiri (from Al-Batin Club), Hassan Al-Qaid (from Al-Kaleej), Mut’ib Al-Mutlaq (from Al-Raed), Abdullah Al-Khaibri (from Al-Suqoor), Hassan Abu Sharara (from Al Al-Qadisiah), Manif Doshi (from Hetteen), and Haytham Al-Khalif (from Hajer Club).

The draw for the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers, which was made last November, put the under 21 National Team in Group D alongside the UAE, Lebanon and the Maldives. The Greens will host the matches of its Group to be held in March.
