Under 21 National Team Continues its Training in Riyadh camp

Under 21 National Team continues today, Tuesday, its training as part of its preparatory camp in Riyadh, which will continue until January 28, within the framework of the preparatory program for the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers.

The Greens held a morning and an evening session today, Tuesday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Reserve Stadium, under the supervision of Technical Manager Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical team. The morning session included strengthening exercises in various positions, followed by tactical scenarios, while the evening session was started with passing exercises, followed by exercises on ball possession, and then a mini-maneuver through which a number of tactical scenarios were applied, and the training session was concluded with exercises on attacking free balls.

It should be noted that the draw for the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers, which was made last November, place the under 21 National Team in Group D alongside the UAE, Lebanon and the Maldives. The Greens will host the matches of its Group to be held in March.
