The technical staff of the Under 20 National Team continues meetings with Betis counterpart during the coexistence program

The technical staff of the Under 20 National Team began a series of meetings with its counterpart of Real Betis club, during the past two days at the Spanish club headquarters, in order to activate the agreement signed by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and the Spanish club, which runs until the tenth of February.

The first expanded meeting with Spanish coach Quique Setién included several axes, such as his general technical principles by which he manages the games, his own technical style, and how he conducts the work in the team, whether in the trainings or in the dressing rooms, or with the club board.

The Young Green Falcons technical staff also discussed with coach Quique Betis Betis match against Espanyol, which was attended by the Saudi coaching team؛ the discussion covered his way in dealing with the match, his technical approach and his substitutions.
 
This was followed by a meeting with the first team goalkeeper coach, which included a discussion about how he works, his style in correcting errors of the goalkeepers, as well as the technical and the physical aspects, and finally about the quality of his tests for the goalkeepers.

During the meeting, the technical staff of the Under 20 National Team sent many queries to the technical analyst of Betis about the mechanism of his work with the team, and the things that represent an addition to his work and serve it, as well as the tasks assigned to him by the coach, whether in the weekdays or in the training or in the matches.

A GPS specialist explained to the technical staff of the Under 20 National Team, how to read the numbers of the players shown by the devices, the mechanism of his work and his practical tasks.

This was followed by a meeting with the technical director of the club, explaining his way in managing all the club teams, and organizing the work between them in line with the achievement of the standard technical goals set in advance for all the teams of the club.

In the coming days, several meetings will be held between the technical staff of the national team with its counterpart of the Spanish team, as well as attending and following up training sessions for the teams of the club of all the junior teams, this includes the first team, and the official matches.

It should be noted that, the coexistence program of the technical staff of the Under 20 National Team, was organized with the support of the Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation Qusay Al Fawaz, who was keen to offer all support by creating a good climate to the members of the technical staff of the Under 20 National Team, during their preparation, to participate in the 2019 World Youth Cup in Poland.

The coaching staff of the Under 20 National Team consists of: head coach Khalid Al-Atwi, assistant coach Ahmed Al-Malki, fitness coach Abdullah Al-Muhaidib, goalkeepers coach Majed Al-Ghanim and technical analyst Zamel Al-Tamimi.
