Saudi U-20 national team continues training on Abha camp

Saudi U-20 national team continued on Saturday, training within their Abha camp, which extends until April 26th, within the third phase of the preparation program for FIFA U-20 World Cup Poland 2019.

The morning session took place at Al-Massif Club Stadium, as it witnessed  specialized exercises for the three lines with the goal of finishing attacks and scoring through crosses, while the evening session took place at Prince Sultan Sport City Stadium and saw passing, moving and ball possession exercises, followed by specialized exercises on long, diagonal and horizontal transitions, before the session was concluded with a small manoeuvre on one half of the pitch to apply the technical ideas the team has worked on.

On the other hand, midfielder Turki Al-Amar was rested for suffering rear muscle problems in the left thigh, while midfielder Farag Al-Ghashian joined the training session after getting a day off for suffering hamstring strain in the left knee.

Khaled Al-Ganam continued his rehabilitation program, as he will undergo medical checks in the coming two days to test his readiness.

The Saudi team will continue training on Sunday with two sessions.
