Saudi Arabia face Lebanon on Sunday in AFC U-23 Championship qualifications

Saudi U-23 national team will plays its second game in AFC U-23 Championship qualifications Group D, against Lebanon at 8:25 p.m. at Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh.

The Saudi team returned to training on Saturday evening, at Leadership Institution Stadium, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri.

Al-Shehri divided the players into two groups؛ the first group comprised the starting 11 of Maldives game who conducted a recovery training while the second group conducted a tactical training to develop playing from the midfield.

It must be noted that the Saudi team opened the Asian qualifying campaign with a huge 6-0 win over Maldives.

Saudi Arabia lead the group table with 3 points ahead of United Arab Emirates on goal difference while Lebanon come third ahead of Maldives on goal difference.
