Saudi U-20 National team have been grouped alongside France, Panama and Mali in the fifth group of FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland.
Abdalla Mansour the technical director of Saudi junior teams, Omar Al-Ghamdy Saudi U-20 national team director and Wael Baslama coordinator of the Saudi junior teams' camps attended the draw which held at 7:30 p.m. in Gdynia Arena, Poland.
The Saudi U-20 national team will participate in the tournament after winning AFC U-19 Championship in Indonesia in November 2018.
The Organizing Committee of FIFA U-20 World Cup will hold a workshop for the representatives of the participating teams to explain some technical, coordination and logistics matters, as well as marketing, medical and security matters.
The workshop will also review the cities and stadiums of the competition, while the Organizing Committee set Tuesday as a date for the visit of teams' delegations to stadiums, training pitches and hotels.
Saudi U-20 national team will start their games against France on 25th of May, before facing Mali on 28th of May and finally Panama on 31st of May.
For his part Khaled Al-Atwi Saudi U-20 national team coach affirmed the Green Falcons are ready to face any team in FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland hailing the levels of the participating teams.
"The third pot teams' levels show how this championship is tough, so it needs the best possible preparation", he added.
The Green Falcons coach revealed that three camps will be held ahead of the championship and will witness playing preparation matches.
