Al-Wehda Wins Al-Ittihad and Al-Hazm Tie in Round 11 of Prince Mohammed bin Salman League for Professionals


Today, Sunday, Round 11 of Prince Mohammed bin Salman League for Professionals is resumed with two matches; Al-Nasr against Al-Wehda and Al-Ittihad against Al-Hazm.

Al-Wehda won 2-1 against its host, Al-Nasr, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium. Giuliano first scored for the home team in the 9th minutes, then Al-Wehda succeeded to record two goals in the second half, scored by Ahmed Abdo in the 62nd and 74th minutes.

Al-Wehda's total moved up to 21 points to maintain the 4th place, while Al-Nasr has stayed at 25 points in the 2nd place.

In another match, Al-Ittihad played a 2-2 tie game against Al-Hazm, in the same round, at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium. Fares Al Ayaf first scored for Al-Hazm in the 3rd minutes. The second goal was scored by Mohammed Al-Sayari in the 50th minutes, before Romarinho and Mansour Al-Harbi scored for Al-Ittihad in the 60th and 91st minutes respectively.

Al-Hazm's total moved up to 11 points to maintain the 13th place, while Al-Ittihad reached 3 points, maintaining the 16th place.

On Saturday, Al-Taawoun won 2-0 against its guest, Al-Fat’h, at Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium in Al-Ahsa. Cedric Amissi first scored in the 22nd minutes, then his colleague, Tawamba, scored the second goal in the 67th minute.

Al-Taawoun's total moved up to 18 points to maintain the 5th place, while Al-Fat’h has remained at 13 points in the 8th place.

Al-Raed returned from Hafr Al-Batin with a 3-1 win over Al-Batin. Farhan Hasani firstly scored for Al-Raed in the 9th minute, followed by a second goal by the same player in the 25th minute of the match, and then Jadaan Mehana scored the only goal for Al Batin in the 67th minute.

The last of Al-Raed's three goals was scored by Saleh Al-Shahri in the 87th minute of the match, moving Al-Raed's total up to 11 points to maintain the 12th place, while Al-Batin's has remained at 8 points at the 14th place.

The round matches kicked off on Thursday with only one match between Al-Shabab and Al-Ettifaq, which ended with a 1-1 tie, moving Al-Shabab's total up to 17 points to maintain the 6th place, while Al-Ettifaq's moved up to 15 points, maintaining the 7th place.

On Friday, two matches were held in the same round. Al-Qadisiah and Al-Faisaly match ended with 1-1 positive tie, moving Al-Qadsiah's total up to 11 points to maintain the 11th place, while Al-Faisaly reached to 13 points, maintaining the 9th place.

Al-Ahli and Al-Fayha match ended with the same result, moving Al-Ahli's total to 23 points to maintain the 3rd place on the list, while Al-Fayha's moved up to 12 points, maintaining the 10th place.

The round matches will be concluded on the 12th of December, with Ohod, the 15th with 6 points, hosting its counterpart, Al-Hilal, the 1st with 28 points, at Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Stadium.
