A Statement from the Competition Committee

Based on the statement issued by the General Authority for Sport on 22 January 2019 announcing the results of the investigation committee formed by His Highness Chairman of the Authority, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, to consider the condition of the ground of King Fahd International Stadium, which concluded that King Fahd International Stadium and Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium are currently unready for the matches.

And, as Prince Abdulrahman bin Saud Stadium at Al-Nasr Club is not in conformity with the required standards and the security and safety requirements for the match, as recommended by the General Authority for Sport; and 

According to the seventh paragraph of Article Six of the Competitions and Championships Regulations, which stipulates that: "The organizer is entitled to hold any match without fans or on neutral grounds, or to prevent any match from being held on any stadium for reasons of security and safety";

Therefore, the Competition Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation decided to transfer Al-Nasr and Ohod match within Round 17 of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman League for Professionals from King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh to Majma'ah Sports City Stadium in Majma'ah, to be held on Monday, 28 January 2019, at 6:20 pm.
