The National Team Loses against Russia in the World Cup Opener

The National Team kicked off Russia 2018 World Cup journey by facing the hosts in the opening match on Thursday in Moscow.

The Russian team won 5-0. The goals were scored by Yury Gazinsky on the 12th minute, Denis Cheryshev on the 43rd minute, Artem Dzyuba on the 71st minute, Cheryshev on the 90th + 1 minute and Aleksandr Golovin on the 90 th + 5 minutes.

The 2018 World Cup was kicked off on Thursday in attendance of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, who supported the Green Falcons in the opener.

The second match of the group will be held on Friday afternoon between Egypt and the Uruguay.
