The experience program for Saudi female coaches concluded today in Frankfurt and Leipzig, Germany.
The program was organized by the Women's Football Department of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), as part of its projects aimed at developing technical competencies in the sports sector.
Three female coaches holding the Asian "C" coaching license participated in the program. They participated in field training and theoretical lectures, in addition to visits to several German clubs to learn about training methods and development of age groups.
The program is a practical step in the project to qualify national female coaches through international training experiences that allow them to interact directly with professional environments and apply best training practices.
For her part, Ms. Alia bint Abdulaziz Al-Rasheed, Director of the Women's Football Department, emphasized that this program embodies the strategic direction towards building a strong base of female coaching competencies in the Kingdom. She noted that "investing in national cadres is the cornerstone of developing women's football, and such external experiences open new horizons for Saudi female coaches to gain experience and gain real professional exposure."
Finally, the program represents an important step toward developing the skills of Saudi female coaches and enhancing their presence and role in women's football.
