Al-Shehri announces the under-23 national team squad for the West Asian Championship

The coach of the under-23 national team, Saad Al-Shehri, announced the squad to participate in the 2021 West Asian Football Federation Championship, which will be held from 4 to 12 October, in Dammam.

The list included (23) players, their names were as follows: Nawaf Al-Aqeedi, Abdul Rahman Al-Shamri, Abdul Rahman Al-Sanbi, Hamad Al-Yami, Nawaf Bushel, Khalifa Al-Dosari, Walid Al-Ahmad, Jihad Zekry, Mishaal Al-Sibani, Mutaib Al-Harbi, Muhannad Al-Shanqiti, Ibrahim Mahnshi, Mansour Al-Bishi, Hamed Al-Ghamdi, Badr Munshi, Turki Al-Ammar, Hussein Al-Issa, Abdulmohsen Al-Qahtani, Haitham Asiri, Khaled Al-Ghannam, Abdullah Radif, Muhammad Maran, and Abdullah Al-Hamdan.

The under-23 national team is in Group C, along with Syria and Bahrain, as it will open its campaign against Syria on the sixth of October, then will meet Bahrain national team on the eighth of the same month.

The national team is scheduled to launch its training on the second of October at its camp in Dammam.
