
The NT U-23 starts WAFF Championship matches against Syria

The U-23 national team will start its matches in the U-23 West Asian Football Federation Championship 2021, which will be held from 4 to 12 October, in Dammam and Al Khobar.
The U-23 national team will meet the Syrian national team at 5:45 pm on Wednesday at Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.
On the field, the players of the national team conducted their training session this evening at Al-Nahda Club stadium, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, during which they applied a training session on the reaction, followed by a defensive organization training in which work focused on high pressure, midfield defense and the defense of the region, to conclude the session with a training on free kicks.
It is noteworthy that the under-23 national team comes in the "third" group of the WAFF Championship, along with the teams of Syria and Bahrain.
