The national team concludes its preparations to face Australia in the presence of Al Misehal

In the presence and follow-up of the President of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Mr. Yasser Al Misehal, and the members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nazih Al-Nasr and Mr. Naim Al-Bakr, the national team concluded its training this evening, Wednesday, in preparation for facing the Australian national team, tomorrow evening, Thursday, at the Compank Stadium, as part of the fifth round of the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.

Al Misehal met the national team players before the start of the training session and praised the morale and high discipline he saw from the players, and confirmed the importance and strength of the match because it's on the opponent's stadium, and he also stressed everyone's confidence in them and wished them success in achieving the victory.

On the field, the national team held a training session this evening at the Compank Stadium, under the supervision of coach "Herve Renard", as it started with warm-up exercises then square exercises, before being divided into two groups on two thirds of the field, to conclude the training session with set pieces.

On the other hand, the national team players and employees tested this evening for the Covid-19 virus, in implementation of the medical protocol for international matches issued by the International Football Association (FIFA).

It is worth noting that the national team is in Group B in the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, along with Japan, Australia, China, Oman and Vietnam.

It is worth noting that the national team leads its group with the full score with 12 points, after defeating Vietnam, Oman, Japan and China.
