Al Misehal attends the conclusion of the national team training in preparation for Vietnam match

In the presence and follow-up of the President of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Mr. Yasser Al Misehal, and the members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Abdullah Kaboha and Mr. Naim Al-Bakr, the national team concluded its training this evening, Monday, in preparation for facing Vietnam national team tomorrow evening, Tuesday, at “My Dinh Stadium”, as part of the sixth round of the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.

Al Misehal met the national team players before the start of the training session, stressing the importance of the match, as its points are of great importance in the team’s journey, and noted the strength of the opponent who will play the match at home and among his fans, he also stressed the confidence of everyone in them and wished them success in achieving victory and strengthening their lead.

On the field, The national team held a training session this evening at "My Dinh Stadium", under the supervision of coach "Herve Renard", as it started with warm-up exercises and then square exercises, before being divided into two groups on two thirds of the field, to conclude the training session with set pieces.

Meanwhile, the national team goalkeeper, Fawaz Al-Qarni, continued his special exercises, accompanied by the medical staff.

On the other hand, The national team players and employees tested this evening for the Covid-19 virus, in implementation of the medical protocol for international matches issued by the International Football Association (FIFA).

It is worth noting that the national team is in Group B in the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, along with Japan, Australia, China, Oman and Vietnam.

It is worth noting that The national team leads its group with thirteen points from four victories and one draw.
