
The NT-17 faces UAE in the semi-finals of WAFF Championship

The under-17 national team will play its match in the semi-finals of the West Asian Football Federation Championship for Juniors 2021, which will be hosted by the Eastern Province from 5 to 13 December.
The under-17 national team will host UAE national team at 6:45 pm, at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.
On the field level, the players of the national team resumed their training this Friday evening on the reserve stadium of Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Stadium, under the supervision of coach Abdel Wahab Al-Harbi and the assistant technical staff.
The training started by dividing the team into two groups, the first group, which included the players who participated mainly in the match against Iraq yesterday, Thursday, performed a reflexive exercise, while the other group conducted a tactical exercise, followed by a maneuver on a mini-court.
It is worth noting that the under-17 national team, the holder of the title of the last edition, defeated the Lebanese team 2-1 in the group stage, and the Iraqi team 3-0.
