
The national team begins its first training in preparation for Oman match in the World Cup qualifiers

This evening, Saturday, the players of the national team attended at their camp headquarters in Jeddah, in preparation for the seventh and eighth rounds of the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.
On January 27, The national team will host Oman national team at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, then will visit Japan national team on February 1 at Saitama Stadium in Tokyo.
The players began the camp by conducting a COVID-19 test, in implementation of medical protocols, as it confirmed the safety of all players.
On the field, The national team players conducted their training session on the reserve stadium of King Abdullah Sports City, under the supervision of coach "Herve Renard", who divided the players into two groups, the first of which included those who participated mainly yesterday with their clubs, as they practiced various remedial exercises, while the second group included the rest of the players, as their training began with warm-up exercises, then a passing exercise, after which mini-games were held, and the training session concluded with remedial exercises.
On the other hand, midfielder Abdel Rahman Gharib did not participate in the training session due to his feeling of pain in the thigh muscle, which he suffered during his participation with his team yesterday.
On the other hand, the national team will continue its training tomorrow, Sunday, at 7 PM, on the reserve stadium of King Abdullah Sports City, in a closed training session in front of the media.
