The NT concludes its preparations for Japan match as it looks forward to qualifying for the World Cup

In the presence and follow-up of the President of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser Al Misehal, and the Secretary-General Ibrahim Al Kassim, the national team concluded its training on Monday evening in preparation for facing Japan national team tomorrow evening, Tuesday, at “Saitama Stadium”, in the eighth round of the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.

Al Misehal met players before the start of the training session, and conveyed in his speech the confidence of His Highness the Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal in continuing to achieve the desired goal.

Al Misehal praised the discipline and high spirit they have enjoyed since their arrival in Japan and stressed the importance of focusing and doubling the effort, and affirmed everyone's confidence in them and wished them success.

The national team conducted a training session this evening at "Saitama Stadium", under the supervision of coach "Herve Renard", as it started with warm-up exercises and then squares exercises, before splitting into two groups, and concluded the training session with stretching exercises.

On the other hand, the national team mission conducted this evening the third examination for the Covid-19 virus, in implementation of special medical protocols in Japan, which showed the safety of all members of the mission.

It is worth noting that the national team is in Group B in the final Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, along with Japan, Australia, China, Oman and Vietnam, as it leads its group with 19 points from seven matches.
