Al-Arabi was crowned as the champion of the Second Division League 2021-2022

The Secretary-General of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Ibrahim Al Kassim, crowned Al-Arabi team with the Saudi Second Division League Cup 2021-2022 on Wednesday.

Al-Arabi won the title after defeating Al-Qaisumah 1-0 in the final match that took place at the Department of Education Stadium in Unaizah.

The goal of the match was scored by Saad Al-Harbi in the 80th minute.

Al-Arabi and Al-Qaisumah were promoted to the Yelo First Division League 2022-2023 after taking the lead in the first and second groups, respectively.

Al-Arabi scored 57 points from 16 victories, 9 draws and one loss to decide the top of the first group, while Al-Qaisumah won the second group with 54 points from 17 victories, 3 draws and 6 defeats.

On the other hand, Al-Riyadh completed the promoted teams after its victory on Wednesday over its guest, Al-Taraji, 2-1, in the second leg to determine the third place, as the first leg ended in a 1-1 draw.
