Lucescu gives a lecture within Continuing Education Programme

Al-Hilal, Romanian coach Răzvan Lucescu gave a lecture on Wednesday, for national coaches, within Continuing Education Programme, in the presence of Turky Al-Sultan, Saudi Arabian Football Federation, SAFF board member and chairman of the Technical Committee, Yehia Al-Sharief, director of education at SAFF and number of national coaches.
Răzvan talked during the lecture, which took place on Wednesday evening, at conference hall at SAFF headquarters, about the main aspects of his coaching philosophy, which influenced by his father coaching style, before referring to number of technical cases, like creating spaces, to make effective attack in addition to keep organization of the team in cases of losing the ball.
The coach talked also about what the coach must do at the beginning of his work with a new team, in terms of establishing his ideas and philosophy, before applying the training which can carry out these ideas, stressing that the team must have a character and this character must be maintained through training as the game is a reflection of what the players learned during the training.
The Romanian coach concluded the session with advising the coaches that every coach must have his clear style, in order to convey his message to the players clearly and easily, then the floor was opened for discussion for coaches to receive their technical questions.
At the end of the lecture, the chairman of the Technical Committee, Turky Al-Sultan, presented SAFF shield to Al-Hilal coach, thanking him for giving the lecture and transferring his experience to the Saudi coaches.
