
The NT futsal loses to Kuwait and gets the silver medal of the West Asian Federation Championship

The national futsal team lost the title of the fourth West Asian Federation Championship in Kuwait, after losing to Kuwait 5-3, at the end of the tournament, which was held at Al-Nasr Club Hall.
Kuwait national team opened the goals of the match in the second minute, so that Saudi national team returned to the match by scoring the first goal by Abdullah Maghribi in the third minute.
Kuwaiti national team added the second goal, before Moaz Al-Asiri equalized, ending the first half, and in the second half Saleh Al-Qarni managed to score the third goal, so that Kuwaiti national team equalized and score the fourth and fifth goals.
In the end, Saudi national team, ranked second, received the silver medals, while its player, Fahd Al-Rudaini, received the award for the best player in the tournament.
The match was attended by the Vice-President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Mr. Khaled Al-Thubaiti, along with the Director of the Futsal and Beach Football Department of SAFF, Nasser Al-Saadi.
