The Social Responsibility Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation concluded a set of training courses for the employees of the social responsibility departments in the clubs of Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional Cup League, Yelo First Division League, and the Second Division League, which included the skills of building performance indicators KPls and the use of goals and main results OKRs.

These courses were part of the committee’s plans to develop the skills and capabilities of the work teams in the clubs on the mechanisms for following up and implementing the social initiatives and activities it works on, especially since social responsibility is one of the governance criteria in the club’s support strategy.

For his part, President of the Committee Nazih Al-Nasr explained that these courses witnessed the attendance of 41 participants from the employees of the clubs’ social responsibility departments, which reflects the clubs’ keenness to implement their social initiatives according to a professional methodology to achieve impact, sustainability and reach the goals.

Al-Nasr expressed his happiness for the interest he finds in this field that supports the possibility of football’s contribution to the development of society through a group of initiatives that keep pace with the goals included in the various national programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

It is noteworthy that these courses come as a continuation of the courses previously offered in the areas of professional project management and the preparation of specialists in social responsibility programs.

The committee is also working on designing a training plan for the coming period in multiple tracks that will ensure the quality of implementation and expand the circle of beneficiaries of the initiatives and achieve their satisfaction, which coincides with the inclusion of social responsibility departments within the organizational structures in the clubs, in addition to the competition witnessed in this arena recently, especially after The Social Responsibility Committee launched its annual awards.
