Today, Wednesday, the national team concluded its preparations for Panama friendly match on Thursday evening at Al Nahyan Stadium in Abu Dhabi, as part of the third phase of the preparatory program for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, which begins on November 20.

Panama national team match, on Wednesday, is the last friendly match in the third stage, as the national team has played four previous matches against Macedonia, Albania, Honduras and Iceland.

The national team players held a training session this evening at the Emirates Palace Stadium, under the supervision of coach Herve Renard, as it started with warm-up exercises, then the squares exercise, then the possession exercise, before dividing into two groups on the half-court, to conclude the training session with stretching exercises.

On the other hand, the player "Salman Al-Faraj" continued his exercises with the medical staff, and the player "Saleh Al-Shehri" continued his fitness training, while the duo "Sultan Al-Ghannam, Nasser Al-Dosari" participated in the group exercises after completing their readiness.
