On Tuesday, the seventh course of the preparing and developing administrators of football teams and youth groups program, which will be held in Asir region from February 14 to 21, kicked off, under the supervision of the Technical Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, with the participation of 29 administrators representing clubs in the region.
This course comes within a series of courses implemented by the committee and targets administrators working in clubs.
Seven courses have been carried out so far in the eastern, central, western, Qassim, Al-Jouf, Jazan and Tabuk regions.
The current course is witnessing a number of topics that deal with aspects related to the preparation and qualification of team administrators.
During the lectures, laws, regulations and systems will be explained, the office and field tasks of the administrators will be defined, the relationship of the administrators with the various staffs of the football team, the mental health of football players, communication skills and training on the football players registration system (TMS) and what is related to the developmental, psychological and mental aspects of players, methods of confronting crises and managing them, and topics of sports professionalism will be explained through lectures and workshops during the course under the scientific supervision of the member of the technical committee, Professor Ali bin Saad Al-Ghamdi.
Lecturers, including the Executive Director of the Professionalism and Players’ Status Committee, Abdulaziz Al-Aujan, Abdullah Al-Dakhil, Vice-President of the Competitions Committee, Dr. Gharib Al-Shuwaier, Dr. Faleh Abu Rujaila, Dr. Rafiq Radwan, Professor Abdulaziz Al-Mustafa, Abdul-Majeed Al-Mansour, Dr. Ahmed Maidi, Dr. Muhammad Faqihi, Muhammad Al-Saleem, Dr. Ibrahim Bakri, Fayez Kabli, Farid Asiri will participate in the lectures and workshops.
It is noteworthy that the plan of the courses aims to establish them in all regions of the Kingdom and circulate them to all club administrators through the nominations of their clubs to them so that the club and the administrators can benefit in a professional way that meets the clubs’ needs of qualified administrators.
