
The NT U-20 loses Vietnam friendly match in preparation for AFC Asian Cup

The under-20 national team lost to Vietnam 2-1, this evening, Saturday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, as part of the preparatory camp in Riyadh, which is being held in preparation for the U-20 AFC Asian Cup 2023 in Uzbekistan.
Vietnam national team scored its goals in the 10th and 25th minutes, while the national team player Suhaib Al-Zaid scored the national team’s goal in the 42nd minute.
The U-20 national team will resume its training tomorrow, Sunday, and the mission will leave for UAE to complete the stages of preparation for AFC Asian Cup, with a camp that will include two friendly matches on the 23rd and 26th of this month against Qatar and UAE national teams, respectively.
It is noteworthy that the under-20 national team is in Group D of the U-20 AFC Asian Cup 2023, alongside Japan, China and Kyrgyzstan.
