The program of preparing and developing administrators of football teams and youth grades was concluded

On Sunday, the ninth course of the preparing and developing administrators of football teams and youth groups program was concluded, as it was held in Medina from 12 to 19 March, under the supervision of the Technical Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, and with the participation of administrators of clubs in the region.

This course came as part of a series of courses held by the committee targeting administrators working in clubs, as it has so far held 9 courses in the Eastern, Central, Western, Qassim, Al-Jouf, Jazan, Abha, Tabuk and Medina regions.

The last course witnessed a number of aspects related to the preparation and qualification of the team’s administrators, during the lectures, laws, regulations and systems were explained, the office and field tasks of the administrator were introduced, the administrator’s relationship with the various staffs of the football team, the mental health of football players, communication skills and training on the Players Registration System (TMS). what is related to the developmental, psychological and mental aspects of the players, methods of confronting and managing crises, and topics of sports professionalism were explained through lectures and workshops during the course under the scientific supervision of the member of the Technical Committee, Ali bin Saad Al-Ghamdi.

Lecturers who participated in the lectures and workshops, including the President of the Technical Committee, Turki Al-Sultan, the President of the Competitions Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Naim Al-Bakr, the Vice-President of the Technical Committee, Director of Education, Dr. Yahya Al-Sharif, Executive Director of the Professionalism and Players’ Status Committee Abdulaziz Al-Aujan, Vice-President of the Competitions Committee Abdullah Al-Dakhil, Captain Mushabab Ziyad, Dr. Gharib Al-Shuwaier, Dr. Faleh Abu Rujaila, Dr. Rafiq Radwan, Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Mustafa, Abdul-Majid Al-Mansour, Dr. Ahmed Muaidi, Dr. Muhammad Faqihi, Muhammad Al-Salim, Dr. Ibrahim Bakri and Fayez Kabli.

It is noteworthy that the Technical Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation aims to hold courses in all regions of the Kingdom and circulate them to all club administrators through the nominations of their clubs to them so that the club and the administrators can benefit in a professional way that meets the clubs’ needs of qualified administrators.
