
Ettifaq vs Al-Fateh match decides the 1st Reserve League title

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam will host the top match of the Saudi Reserve League in its first edition 2022-2023, which will be between Ettifaq and Al-Fateh in their last match in the first edition of the competition.
Ettifaq leads the standings table with 24 points, one point ahead of Abha, which has 23 points, and finished its matches to get out of the race for the title, while Al-Fateh comes third with 21 points.
Ettifaq needs the draw's point against Al-Fateh to win the title, while Al-Fateh has no alternative but to win in order to achieve the title.
The first edition of the Reserve League witnessed the participation of 7 clubs: Al-Shabab, Ettifaq, Abha, Al-Fateh, Al-Fayha, Al-Taie and Al-Wahda.
The Saudi Reserve League aims to increase the actual playing minutes of the players, and help increase the minutes of play for the reserve players in highly competitive matches, and the participation of young players in stronger matches, as well as the gradual return of injured players.
It is noteworthy that, starting from the next season, the reserve league will be held with the participation of all 18 teams in Roshn Professional League.
