Saudi national team beats Tajikistan and Algeria defeats Libya in the Arab Futsal Cup

The national team achieved a 8-0 victory over Tajikistan national team, today, Thursday, in the second round of the group stage of the Arab Futsal Cup, which is being hosted by Jeddah from 6 to 16 June, with the participation of the national teams of Morocco, Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Algeria, Palestine, Mauritania, Comoros and Tajikistan, in addition to our national team.

In the same group - the first group - Algeria national team defeated Libya 3-2, so that our national team topped the group with 4 points, with a goal difference from the Algerian national team.

The Arab Cup draw that was held earlier put the national team at the top of the first group, alogside Algeria, Libya and Tajikistan, while the second group included Morocco, Comoros, Kuwait and Lebanon, while Egypt, Iraq, Palestine and Mauritania came in the third group.

The first and second placed teams from each group, in addition to the two best third placed teams, will qualify for the quarter-finals.
