The Asian Training License (B1) Course for Fitness Coaches was concluded at Al-Fateh Club

Yesterday, Thursday, the Asian Training License (B1) Course for Fitness Coaches was concluded, which was held at Al-Fateh Club in Al-Ahsa from 13 to 17 August, with the participation of the member of the Technical Committee, Director of Education, Lecturer Dr. Yahya Al-Sharif, and the presence of 10 coaches.

In its practical part, the course featured lectures on several topics, most notably the physical requirements in football, the physiology of physical effort, training planning, and football fitness tests.

The practical part dealt with football ability exercises, speed endurance in football requirements, muscular endurance, and prevention and rehabilitation exercises.

For his part, Turki Al-Sultan, the member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and President of the Technical Committee, thanked Al-Fateh Club and its employees for hosting the course in their sports headquarters, wishing success to everyone who participated in the Asian Training License (B1) Course for Fitness Coaches.

It is noteworthy that these courses come within the development program set by SAFF with the aim of qualifying national coaches in all disciplines.
