The Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, after consulting with the Professionalism and Players’ Conditions Committee, decided to delete paragraph (9) in Article (10) of the Professionalism and Players’ Conditions and Transfers Regulations, which stipulated: Not to conduct any direct negotiations with clubs after and during joining the national teams and deleting Paragraph (17) in Article (11) of the Professionalism and Player Conditions and Transfer Regulations, which stipulates: “Not to conduct any direct or indirect negotiations with players joining the national teams, and in the event that the club negotiates with a player joining the national team, the committee may impose the penalties stipulated in Paragraph (2) of Article (64) of the Regulations.
