The national team played two friendly matches against Netherlands national team, and both friendly matches ended in defeat, in which the Spanish coach, Andrew Plaza, involved most of the players and rotated them into groups with the aim of finding the most appropriate combination and employment.
The national team mission will leave tomorrow, Monday, for Sorocaba, Brazil, to participate in the international championship that will be held from 12 to 17 September with the participation of 6 national teams: Brazil (host), Saudi Arabia, Japan, Iran, Paraguay and Colombia.
It is noteworthy that the draw of Brazil International Futsal Championship put the national team in Group A alongside Brazil and Japan, while the draw of AFC Asian Futsal Cup qualifiers placed the national team in Group B alongside Indonesia, Afghanistan and Macau.
