The NT U-23 is back in training after its victory over Mongolia

Today, Thursday, the U-23 national team returned to its training in Abha, after its match yesterday, Wednesday, against Mongolia, which ended with a 3-1 victory, within the qualifiers for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2024 in Qatar.
The U-23 national team players conducted their training session this evening at the reserve stadium of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports City in Abha, under the supervision of coach Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, during which they were divided into two groups.
The first group, which included the players who mainly participated in yesterday's match, performed a recovery training session, while the other group conducted a tactical training session, followed by a mini-manoeuvre.
Tomorrow, Friday, the national team will continue its training in preparation for Lebanon national team match, the day after tomorrow, Saturday.
It is worth noting that the under-23 national team will host the “tenth” group of the qualifiers for the U-23 AFC Asian Cup 2024 in Qatar, which includes Lebanon, Cambodia, and Mongolia, in Abha from 4 to 12 September.
