The national futsal team faces Brazil in the international championship

Tomorrow, Thursday, the first national futsal team will open its matches in the International Futsal Championship, by facing Brazil national team (the host) at Arena hall in Sorocaba, which Brazil will host from September 13th to 17th.

Today, Wednesday, the national futsal team finished its preparations for the match by conducting a training session at the hall that will host the championship matches under the leadership of Spanish coach Andrew Plaza, who implemented the plan with which he would play the match, then concluded the training session by holding a mini match over the entire area of the hall.

The national futsal team's participation in Brazil International Championship comes in preparation for AFC Asian Cup qualifiers that will be held in Dammam from October 7th to 11th, which qualifies for AFC Asian Futsal Cup to be held in Thailand in 2024.

It is noteworthy that the draw of the qualifiers for AFC Asian Futsal Cup placed the national team in Group B alongside Indonesia, Afghanistan and Macau.
