
The national team begins its training at Portugal camp with morning and evening sessions

Today, Monday, the national team launched its training at its camp in Lagos, Portugal from October 8th to 17th, as part of the third phase of the preparatory program for AFC Asian Cup 2023, which begins next January.
Coach Roberto Mancini divided the training program into two training sessions, both of which were conducted at Cascades Resort Stadium.
The first session was in the morning, and was devoted to conducting physiological fitness tests for the players, while Mancini imposed normal exercises in the evening, which began with warm-up exercises, then passing and squares exercises, after which Mancini applied various tactical exercises, before a mini match on the half of the field, then the training session was concluded with stretching exercises.
The trio, Salem Al-Dawsari, Yasser Al-Shahrani, and Muhammad Kenno, conducted special exercises accompanied by the medical staff.
The national team will continue training tomorrow, Tuesday, at 4:30 pm, at Cascades Resort Stadium.
