Al-Nassr coach Castro holds a technical lecture as part of the continuing education program

Today, Saturday, the Technical Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation held a technical lecture within the continuing education program, presented by the coach of Al-Nassr team, the Portuguese Luis Castro, at the headquarters of Al-Nassr Club, in the presence of the member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, President of the Technical Committee, Mr. Turki Al-Sultan, and the Director of Education in the SAFF, Dr. Yahya Al-Sharif, and in the presence of more than 100 coaches.

During the lecture, the coach talked about a number of topics related to training, including the mechanism for implementing ideas during matches and the necessity of training on them before matches, in addition to methods for distributing work and training loads between matches, he also provided many advice to coaches of youth groups.

The continuing education program is considered one of the Technical Committee programs, as it aims to give national coaches more experience through interaction with the best coaches and lecturers with distinguished experiences in local and international football.

The member of the Board of Directors and President of the Technical Committee, Turki Al-Sultan, thanked coach Luis Castro for his presence and providing valuable information, and thanked the management and employees of Al-Nassr Club for hosting the lecture, wishing the coaches all the best.
