On Saturday morning, the delegation of the first national beach soccer team arrived in Nouakchott, the capital of Mauritania, in preparation for participating in Nouakchott International Championship, which will be held from November 13th to 18th, with the participation of three teams (Saudi Arabia, Mauritania, and Morocco).
Today, Saturday, the national beach soccer team conducted its first training at the Ibb Amghar Genk Stadium, which will host Nouakchott International Championship matches, led by coach Joga Zolokovic, in preparation for Mauritania national team match on Monday, in the opening of the championship matches.
During the training session, the technical staff implemented fitness and physical exercises, before the players were divided into three groups and practiced many technical sentences using the ball. then the training session was concluded with a drill on the entire field.
The national beach soccer team's participation in Nouakchott International Championship is based on the official invitation received by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation from its Mauritanian counterpart and the activation of the agreement previously held between the two parties, which aims to develop football and strengthen relations between them.
