NT resumes training in Qatar in preparation for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup

Today, Saturday, the Saudi Arabia national team continued training program at its camp held in Sealine in the State of Qatar during the period (December 31 - January 11), as part of the final stage of the preparatory program in preparation for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup, which begin on January 12 in the State of Qatar.
“The Green” is preparing to play its second friendly match in the current stage against Palestine next Tuesday at the Qatari club Al-Wakrah Stadium, at 6.20 P.M.
On the field, manager Roberto Mancini divided the training program into two training sessions, both of which were conducted at the SealineResort stadium.
The first session came in the morning as it began with warm-up exercises before Mancini applied various tactical exercises, then the session was concluded with strengthening exercises in the sports club through different points.
In the evening, Mancini imposed various exercises, which began with warm-up exercises, then square exercises, followed by mini-matches, before conducting tactical exercises,concluding the training session with stretching exercises.
On a related level, Talal Haji and Rayan Hamedattended the Green Camp this morning and participated in the two training sessions.
For their part, Ali Al-Bulaihi, Eid Al-Mawlid also participated in the two training sessions after their readiness was complete.
