
NT resumes training after defeating Kyrgyzstan in the Asian Cup

This Monday morning, the Saudi Arabia national team resumed its preparatory program at its residence in Doha, in preparation for facing Thailand next Thursday, in the third round of the group stage of the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.
On the field, technical director Roberto Mancini divided the Green players into two groupsº the first included the players who mainly participated in the last match against the Kyrgyz national team, where they received recovery exercises in the health club.
In the same context, the second group included the rest of the players, who conducted training session at the “Aspire Stadiums,” began with warm-up exercises, then strengthening exercises, after which a the players were divided into 2 groups on half of the court, to conclude the training session with stretching exercises.
On a related note, left back Nasser Al-Dawsari continued his exercises accompanied by the physical trainer.
On the other hand, the technical director granted the Green players a free period after the training session, with the gathering taking place again this evening at the camp headquarters in the Qatari capital, Doha.
The Green will continue its preparations tomorrow, Tuesday, with a training session at the Aspire Stadiums, which will be open to the media in the first quarter of an hour.
