SAFF FANS Application: An Exceptional Experience for Saudi Arabia Fans at the Asian Cup

Saudi Arabia supporters accompanying the national team on its journey at the "Qatar 2023" AFC Asian Cup are set to experience an unprecedented and exceptional journey through online procedures aimed at enhancing their support for the team via the SAFF FANS application on smart devices.

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation launched the SAFF FANS application tailored to serve Saudi fans in Qatar, programmed by the organisation’s Technology and Innovation Department.

The application provides all digital services to assist fans in their journey to Qatar to support the national team.

Through the SAFF FANS application, Saudi fans can benefit from numerous services, including proof of arrival at the airport, proof of accommodation, confirming match attendance and accessing specific fan guidelines.

SAFF FANS offers various services to make the fans' journey easier and more enjoyable. It allows fans to access match tickets, gather information related to matches, inquire about transportation and housing and stay up-to-date with national team match news. Additionally, it facilitates effective communication with application administrators to provide services round the clock.

One prominent services provided by the application is guiding fans by notifying them of chants to be sung simultaneously, showcasing the Green Stands in their best form, admired by all during the national team's matches at the AFC Asian Cup.

It is worth mentioning that the number of beneficiaries from the SAFF FANS application has reached more than 6,000 fans, nominated by clubs as cheering groups. The application development took only 58 days.
