NT Futsal begins training in Egypt camp in preparation for the Asian Cup

Yesterday evening, Monday, the delegation of The Saudi Arabia national futsal team arrived in the Arab Republic of Egypt, to meet its counterpart, the Egyptian national team, in two friendly matches next Friday and Sunday, as part of its preparations to participate in The 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Thailand during the period from 17 Until 28 April, 2024.
Today, Tuesday, “Green Futsal” conducted its first training in the Arab Republic of Egypt under the leadership of Spanish coach Andreu Plaza, who divided the training into two periods (morning and evening). The morning training was held in the Police Sports Federation hall, in which tactical exercises were performed, while the evening training was conducted in the fitness and iron hall at the mission’s residence, as the players underwent muscle-strengthening exercises.
It is noteworthy that the draw for the 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Thailand from 17 to 28 April, has placed the “Green Futsal” in Group B alongside the teams of Uzbekistan, Iraq and Australia.
