NT Futsal meets Tajikistan in a friendly in preparation for the Asian Cup

Tomorrow, Monday, the Saudi Arabia national futsal team will meet its counterpart, the Tajikistan national team, in a friendly match at the Ministry of Sports Hall in Jeddah, as part of its preparations to participate in the Asian Futsal Cup, scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Thailand during the period from April 17 to 28, 2024.
The “Green Futsal” team completed its preparations for the first friendly match by conducting two training sessions (morning and evening) in the same hall that will host the friendly match, under the supervision of the “Spanish” coach, Andreu Plaza, who followed the plan with which he would play the match, before the training concluded with a maneuver in the entire hall. Which witnessed the presence and follow-up of the member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) and the general supervisor of the futsal and beach teams, Dr. Khaled bin Muqrin.
It is noteworthy that the draw for the 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Thailand from April 17 to 28, placed the “Green Futsal” in the Group B, alongside Uzbekistan, Iraq and Australia.
