Al-Mishal visits the Regional Training Center in Jizan

Today, Sunday, President of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser bin Hassan Al-Mishal, visited the regional training center in the city of Jazan, in the presence of the director of the Ministry of Sports branch in the Jazan region, Engineer Saad Al-Qahtani, the technical director of the SAFF, Nasser Larget, and the technical official of the regional training centers, Saleh Al-Daoud.
During the visit, the President of the SAFF met with the coaches and workers at the center, and also met with the talents included in the center and urged them to redouble their efforts and continue working to achieve their dream of becoming a professional football player.
Al-Mishal stressed that the SAFF harnesses all capabilities to develop regional training centers, and provides them with continuous support to serve Saudi football, especially since the talent development path is one of the pillars of the Saudi football transformation strategy.
The Regional Training Center in Jazan is participating in the Saudi Under-13 Premier League, which was introduced this season, as it leads the region’s standings with the participation of 6 clubs: Al-Watan, Al-Tahami, Hattin, Lusail Academy, Libero Academy, and Al-Laith Al-Abyad Academy.
The number of talents registered in the center is 70, while in previous seasons and since its inception, the center recorded 62 transfers of players to clubs. The center’s headquarters is located in King Faisal Sports City, and is supervised by an elite group of national coaches in the region who hold the highest training certificates, while the season continues. Center until the end of next May.
