NT Futsal defeats Kuwait in friendly in preparation for the Asian Cup

The Saudi Arabia national futsal team defeated its counterpart, the Kuwaiti national team, with a score of 6-4, in the first friendly match that brought them together today, Tuesday, at the Ministry of Sports hall in Dammam.
This match comes within the framework of the Greens’preparations to participate in The AFC Futsal Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Thailand during the period from April 17 to 28, 2024.
The first half ended with the Green leading with a 4-2 score, asSaleh Al-Qarni, Ihab Ahmed, Mohsen Faqihi, and Abdullah Al-Uqaili scored the Saudi team goals. In the second half, Abdullah Al-Uqaili and Abdul-Ilah Al-Otaibi added the fifth and sixth goals.
During the course of the match, the “Green Futsal” coach, Andrew Plaza, deliberately involved most of the players, rotating them into groups, playing in the Power Play method in some of the matches, and applying the tactical sentences that were trained in the last sessions.
