NT Futsal performs first training in Bangkok in preparation for the Asian Cup

Today, Friday, the Saudi Arabia futsal national team performed its first training at the Khlong Toei Hall in its current camp in Bangkok, which represents the last stage before participating in the AFC Futsal Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in Bangkok during the period from April 17 to 28.
During the training session, the Green Futsal technical staff, led by Spanish coach Andreu Plaza, allocated the bulk of the training to fitness and physical exercises with the aim of raising the players’ fitness level.
In the other part, the technical staff divided the players into three groups and carried out a number of exercises using the ball, which focused on how to face the goal directly in tight spaces.
The trio of goalkeepers underwent intense special training, which was conducted with the goalkeeping coach.
