NT Futsal raises preparations for the Asian Cup in Thailand

The Saudi Arabia national futsal team has increased the pace of its preparations for the Asian Futsal Cup scheduled to be held in Bangkok during the period from 17 to 28 April, qualifying for the World Cup in Uzbekistan next September, during its current camp held in Bangkok.
Today, Saturday, the “Green Futsal” players conducted their training at the “BAT Arena” hall under the supervision of Spanish coach Andreu Plaza, who divided the training session into two parts, as the first part included intensive fitness exercises, in addition to other exercises using the ball.
While the second session included applying technical and tactical sentences that focused on building promising attacks from the back areas and putting pressure on the ball carrier, before the training session concluded with a drill throughout the hall.
It is noteworthy that the draw for the 2024 Asian Futsal Cup in Bangkok placed the “Green Futsal” in Group B, alongside the teams of Uzbekistan, Iraq and Australia.
