The NT Futsal draws with Afghanistan infriendly in preparation for the Asian Cup

Today, Thursday, the Saudi Arabia national futsal team played an international friendly match with against the Afghanistan national team, at the Bangkok Arena, ended in a 2-2 draw.
This international friendly match comes within the framework of the “Green Futsal” preparations to participate in the 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup, scheduled to be held in Bangkok during the period from April 17 to 28, which qualifies for the World Cup in Uzbekistan next September.
The first half of the match ended with Afghanistan advancing 1-0, and in the second half Nawaf Al-Arwan was able to equalize, before Afghanistan added the second goal, then Nawaf Al-Arwanscored the adjustment goal, so the match ended in a 2-2 draw.
The coach of the Saudi national futsal team, AndreuPlaza, decided to participate in the match with most of the players, rotating them into groups, playing some periods of the match using the Power Play method, and applying the tactics that were previously practiced.
